Friction is defined as “the resistance that one surface or object encounters when moving over another.” Friction is also defined as “conflict or animosity caused by a clash of wills, temperaments, or opinions.” We wanted to focus on how to reduce friction and encourage individuals to be comfortable in their most authentic self, no matter which sense of the word they struggle with.
